Colourful, aromatic, and of different flavours. They are called jellies but in fact they are “Preziose”, the gelée line known worldwide due to their exportation to, mostly, the American and the German markets. This project was funded to develop a series of interventions aimed at the export of company products, in particular Preziose, (gelées or gummies made with fruit juices without artificial colouring) to the English and German markets, through the participation in three international food fairs: The Anuga and ISM in Cologne; Tutto Food in Milan 2017; and Summer Fancy Food in New York. This internationalisation intervention, which takes the name from the leading product, has allowed the company to intensify exports. Today, products made entirely in Italy, with Mediterranean flavours and aromas, are present on the English, Swedish, German, Russian and Danish markets, with some recent presence in international fairs in China and the United Arab Emirates. Jellies with Calabrian juices, namely orange, lemon, liquorice and bergamot are delicacies that can now be appreciated in international markets.
